Model Essay #1:

Some people believe that the good leaders are born, whereas others hold the opinion that the leadership qualities could be obtained during the life. Who represents the good leader qualities indeed?

Some people argue that good leaders are born with innate qualities, while others believe that leadership qualities can be developed throughout life. In my opinion, true leadership qualities are a combination of both intrinsic traits and learned skills.

Firstly, it is undeniable that some individuals possess natural leadership abilities. They are often charismatic, confident, and decisive, which are traits commonly associated with effective leadership. For example, historical figures like Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela are widely regarded as natural-born leaders who inspired and led millions of people. However, it is important to note that these individuals also honed their skills and adapted to various leadership challenges throughout their lives.

On the other hand, leadership is a skill that can be nurtured and developed. Many successful leaders have undergone training and education to enhance their abilities. For instance, business leaders often participate in leadership development programs to improve their communication, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. Moreover, experience in leadership roles, such as managing a team or leading a project, can significantly contribute to the development of effective leadership qualities.

In conclusion, while some people may possess inherent leadership qualities, becoming a good leader often requires a combination of natural traits and continual learning and development. True leaders are those who are adaptable, open to learning, and able to inspire and guide others. Therefore, the best leaders are those who are born with some innate qualities and actively work on improving their skills throughout their lives.

Model Essay #2:

Some people believe that the good leaders are born, whereas others hold the opinion that the leadership qualities could be obtained during the life. Who represents the good leader qualities indeed?

Some individuals argue that good leaders are born with inherent qualities, while others believe that leadership skills can be acquired and developed over time. In my view, while some people may naturally possess certain traits associated with leadership, the ability to be a good leader can be cultivated through learning and experience.

It is evident that certain individuals exhibit natural leadership qualities from a young age. They often display traits such as confidence, charisma, and the ability to inspire others. For example, some political leaders and entrepreneurs are often described as having been "born leaders" due to their innate ability to influence and motivate people. However, it is important to recognize that leadership is not solely dependent on innate qualities, but also on the ability to adapt and learn from experiences.

On the other hand, leadership skills can be developed through education, training, and practical experience. Many successful leaders have undergone formal leadership training and education to enhance their abilities. Additionally, through exposure to different situations and challenges, individuals can acquire the necessary skills to lead effectively. For example, individuals who take on leadership roles in community organizations or volunteer groups often develop their leadership abilities through hands-on experience.

In conclusion, while some people may naturally exhibit certain traits associated with leadership, the ability to be a good leader can be nurtured and developed through learning and experience. Effective leadership often involves a combination of innate qualities and a willingness to learn and adapt. Therefore, I believe that the qualities of a good leader can be obtained during life through continuous learning and practical application.
